One-to-One Executive Coaching

  • Typically 8–12 sessions over 4-6 months with clear objectives. Each session compounds on the last. Concise email follow-ups capture insights and commitments.

Group Coaching

  • Law firms investing in cohorts of leaders: newly promoted partners, high-potential senior associates or specific practice groups.

  • Small groups (typically 4–8 participants) meeting regularly. Combination of structured themes (resilience, influence, self-advocacy) and live issues.
