Louisa Elder is a qualified lawyer turned executive coach and psychotherapist. After over a decade in practice, she saw first-hand how often brilliant lawyers were left to "just work it out" when it came to leadership, culture, and managing themselves under pressure.
She founded Louisa Elder Consulting to serve that specific gap – transforming high-performing legal professionals into strategic, influential leaders who elevate everyone around them.
